I've designed and built a hard tail for my HotMover. Pannier bag holders are enclosed beneath the warped and rolled polycarbonate plastic. The 1/32" thickness allows for bending without breaking. Even right angle crimps can be done once without cracking. Painting is on the inside surface for a gleaming shine. Holes for securing were melted through with a pencil soldering iron. Heat is better for piercing the plastic than drilling. The surface is healed from the heat rather than stressed from cutting. I have the assembly sequence of photos on file too. The trike is now 10' long. This is the most excellent enjoyable exercise machine.

I've ridden this both days since completing the hard tail. Many second looks and comments add to the normal questions and opinions. You've heard them before yourself.

The Windwrap fairing was made by Mueller Human-Power in northern California. That's been an excellent wind and rain shield, warmer in the mild winter months of Oregon.

The replacement axles are very satisfactory. 1087 miles have been clocked since last September when I bought this from Ted Bennett of The Tricycle Company.
